Padel Coach

NOX Padel (part of North Oxford Lawn Tennis Club) is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Padel Coach to take on and develop our expanding programme across three brand‑new courts. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape one of Oxford’s fastest‑growing sports within a friendly, ambitious club environment.

About the role

You will lead and deliver a varied programme including:

• Adult group coaching (beginner to advanced)
• Junior sessions across multiple age groups
• Introductory sessions for new players
• Cardio padel and social‑focused sessions
• Match‑play and performance coaching

The coach will work closely with the club to build participation, create welcoming pathways for new players, and maintain a high‑quality coaching experience.

The person

• Qualified Padel Coach (LTA or equivalent)
• Confident leading groups of mixed abilities
• Friendly, professional, and highly organised
• Passionate about growing padel in the community
• Able to commit to a weekly programme with room to expand
