City Padel Exeter

City Padel Exeter is an independent, family-owned padel club at Hill Barton Business Park in Clyst St Mary, just outside Exeter, Devon. Established as City Padel’s flagship Devon venue, the club has developed into a thriving destination for players from Exeter and the wider South West, combining premium indoor facilities with an extensive coaching, social and events programme.

The venue features six indoor panoramic padel courts, providing reliable year-round play in a dedicated indoor setting. Away from the courts, players can make use of a first-floor viewing mezzanine and social lounge, a fully stocked bar and snack area, changing and showering facilities, on-site physio support and a pro shop. Rackets and balls are available to rent, while the shop also stocks padel equipment and apparel.

Padel coaching is a major part of the City Padel Exeter experience, with structured padel lessons catering for a broad range of ages and playing standards. The programme includes beginner and improver coaching, intermediate sessions, advanced training and junior padel, alongside dedicated coaching for children and teenagers. Players can also take part in drills and matchplay, Intro to Padel sessions, Americano events, Padel Cardio, women’s training, Playtomic levelling sessions and performance-focused training for experienced players.

A busy programme of social padel makes it easy to meet other players and become part of the club community. Regular activities include Saturday Social sessions, Ladies Coffee Morning and Padel & Pints, while dedicated junior coaching and Padel Tots provide opportunities for younger players. Courts and organised sessions can be booked through Playtomic, with the Exeter club open seven days a week from 06:00 to 23:00.
