UK Padel Convention becomes the largest padel event ever held in the UK with 760 attendees and more than 45 exhibitors
The first UK Padel Convention took place on 19 November at The Padel Club in Gloucester, welcoming 760 attendees and more than 45 exhibitors from across the sport. Delivered by The Padel Directory, the event became the largest padel gathering ever held in the United Kingdom and the largest padel industry event in Northern Europe outside of the Padel World Summit.
Across the day, leaders from facility development, technology, coaching, investment, retail and governing bodies shared insight on the rapid professionalisation of the UK padel landscape. Exhibitors ranged from global brands to emerging UK specialists, showcasing equipment, court solutions, software and services to a record industry audience.
Co founder George Modler said the aim was to create a serious, central meeting point for the sport. “Padel in the UK has grown faster than its infrastructure and knowledge base. The industry needed a platform where operators, investors, brands and coaches could align and move the sport forward together. The scale and engagement of this first edition showed how necessary that is.”

The programme featured panels on club investment, commercial sustainability, grassroots expansion, technology adoption and coaching pathways. Attendees also took part in product demonstrations on court, exhibitor activations and structured networking sessions designed to connect all parts of the sector.
Early feedback from attendees and exhibitors has been outstanding, with consistent praise for the quality of discussion, the range of exhibitors and the value of bringing the whole ecosystem together under one roof. The response has reinforced demand for an annual national forum and has shaped the direction of next year’s event.
Planning for UKPC 2026 is already underway, with a larger venue under consideration to expand exhibitor capacity, court space and audience numbers.
Modler added: “This was the foundation. The UK now has a credible annual convention that brings the entire ecosystem together. Next year will scale in ambition, size and substance to match the pace of the sport’s growth.”
